Research and Development

Our manufacturer has a group of elites who condcut the research and development.
Under direction of the formulation of R&D strategies, policies and plans, our group develop and implement programs of research projects, priorities and targets to support commericial or policy development, leads major research projects and coordinates activities of other research workers and assess the benefits and monitor the costs and effectiveness of research and development activities.
Full acquainted with the xenon making technology, our group make application research in key technology which will be adopted in xenon products improvement, new xenon products development.
A whole system was set up for studying Xenon products, design and testing. Special dept. is reserved for technicians to engage in products experiment, new products testing and management.

We concern improvement on present xenon products and new products development.  We make survey plus feedback from customers and study xenon products tendency to take new project into effect. Basic procedure includes survey and decision, products design, technology study, sample test and validation, production and sales technology support.
During the development stage, timely evaluation system is established for necessary adjustment.
